The 2009 season for the Shenandoah Valley Steam Show went as usual with a large crown on hand for every event. However, the Cove Mills Reunion was 75% rained out with very little going on on the show grounds, but the evening singing in the tent and the auction went on as usual and was fairly well attented. The Grease Steam and Rust event was also rained out all three days. Some did endure the rain to come out and get something to eat and visit what booths were open to sell their wares. -see schedules below foo 2010 season

Down
through the years I have been associated with farm tractors, having grown
up on a farm in south central Pa., and working in an International Harvestor
dealership for a few years, in Berkeley Springs, Wv., where I have lived
for the past 46 years. I started an excavating company in 1978 and it
is still going strong today. Since my roots were in farming and the old
John Deere two clyinder tractors I never got that ole "putt putt"
sound out of my system. So, having the background for them, I have started
this site to share some of my tractors I have collected and offer for
sale parts and equipment at the same time. I hope you enjoy it and feel
free to send any comments you may have. Most of the pictures you see on
the headings are from the Grease, Steam and Rust parades in McConnaldsburg,
Pa.
